FAQ

Common questions about sanitizing & disinfection.

Is this the same as 'COVID fogging'?

It uses the same EPA-List N antimicrobials that were used for COVID sanitization. The use case is broader: post-illness, post-mold-remediation, pre-tenant, allergy seasons, daycare and pet-heavy households.

Do I need to leave the house?

Yes for 30–60 minutes while it dries. We'll text you when it's safe to return. Pets and children especially need to be out during application.

Does this replace duct cleaning?

No. Sanitizing kills microbes on contact, but it does not remove dust, allergens, and biofilm built up inside ducts. For best results: duct cleaning first, then sanitizing fog through the cleaned system.
