What we collect

We collect only what we need to quote a job, schedule a job, and follow up afterwards. Specifically:

Name and contact info — name, phone, email, ZIP code
Service details — what you asked for, notes you included, calculator inputs (vents, systems, add-ons)
Technical info — IP address (logged with the lead so we can detect spam), browser, page that referred you
Job records — after a completed job: address (kept for warranty), invoice, IAQ Lab Report sample chain-of-custody

How we use it

To quote, schedule, perform, and follow up on the service you requested
To send you the IAQ Lab Report after your job
To send you a one-time review request after the job
To respond to questions you send via phone, email, or contact form
To meet legal recordkeeping obligations (Maryland Home Improvement Commission, IRS, etc.)

We do not sell your data. We do not use it for political profiling or unrelated marketing.

Lead form & quotes

When you submit the lead form or request a quote, the data goes directly to our server, gets validated, and is stored in two places: (1) an internal CSV that our staff uses to follow up, and (2) the inboxes of the owners (Yaniv and Ronit) plus our agency's lead queue at Ya Ace Media for site analytics only — never resold.

Pricing calculator

The calculator runs entirely in your browser. The inputs (number of vents, systems, ZIP, add-ons) are not sent anywhere until you click Book this price, which sends the same lead-form data described above. If you close the tab without clicking, nothing leaves your device.

IAQ Lab Reports

Every cleaning job ships with a 3rd-party IAQ Lab Report. To produce it, we send a sealed air sample with a chain-of-custody form to an independent Maryland-based indoor air quality lab. The lab receives only the sample reference number, your ZIP code, and the job date — not your name, address, or email. We attach the finished lab report to your file and email it to the email address you provided.

Our technicians — they see what they need to do the job (address, scope, contact phone)
IAQ lab partner — only the sample reference number + ZIP, never your name or address
Our payment processor — credit card data is handled by our processor, not stored on our servers
Government / legal — when required by valid subpoena, court order, or regulatory request
Nobody else. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

Cookies & analytics

This site uses a minimal set of strictly-necessary cookies for basic functionality (language toggle, form submission). We block known AI training crawlers in our robots.txt. If/when we enable Google Analytics, it will load only after the page is interactive and you will see a banner; until then there is no Google Analytics on this site.

Your rights

You can ask us, at any time, to:

See what we have on file about you
Correct anything that's wrong
Delete it (subject to legal recordkeeping minimums — Maryland tax/contract records: 7 years)
Stop sending you marketing/review requests

To exercise any of these, email [email protected] with the subject line "Privacy request" and we will respond within 30 days.

Data retention

Unconverted leads: kept 24 months for follow-up, then deleted
Customer job records + invoices: 7 years (MHIC + tax)
IAQ Lab Reports: 7 years (warranty + your records)
Email correspondence: 24 months
Marketing CSV log: 24 months

Security

We use HTTPS for everything. Lead-form data is rate-limited, validated, and stored on a Plesk-managed server with restricted file permissions. We have not had a known data breach. If one ever occurs, we will notify affected customers within 72 hours.

Children

This site is for adults booking home services. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.

Changes

We update this policy when something material changes. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. For substantive changes that affect existing customers, we will email you.
