Can you remove pet stains and odor?
Most yes. We use enzymatic pre-treatment that breaks down protein-based stains (urine, vomit) and a deodorizing pass. Set-in stains older than 6 months may need a second pass — we'll tell you on the pre-walkthrough.
How long does the carpet stay damp?
4–6 hours typically. With air-mover fans we can get it to ~2 hours. The carpet is walkable in socks within an hour — just no shoes until fully dry.
Do you move furniture?
Yes, at no extra charge for normal residential furniture. Pianos, safes, and 300+ lb pieces need to be moved by the homeowner.
