1. Acceptance of terms

By submitting a request, booking a service, or paying an invoice from Eagle Services LLC dba Eagle Air Duct Cleaning ("Eagle", "we"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not book the service.

2. Scope of services

Eagle provides residential and commercial HVAC system cleaning following NADCA's ACR-21 procedural standard, plus related services: dryer vent cleaning, carpet/upholstery cleaning, furnace cleaning, EPA-registered sanitizing fog, and indoor air quality testing via independent 3rd-party lab. We are Maryland Home Improvement Commission licensed (#117311) and DC General Contractor licensed (#410523000438).

3. Pricing & calculator

The pricing calculator on this site provides a binding quote for the inputs you supplied (number of vents, systems, ZIP, add-ons). If the on-site reality differs significantly from your inputs (e.g., you said 8 vents but we count 18), we will stop, explain, and you decide whether to adjust scope. The original quoted price remains binding for the originally-quoted scope.

No upcharges on-site for the same scope. No hidden fees. No mandatory add-ons.

4. Scheduling & ETA

We provide a 1-hour arrival window when you book. We text you when our technician leaves the previous job. If we miss our 1-hour window for any reason within our control, you receive $50 off your final invoice — automatic.

Exclusions to the 1-hour guarantee:

  • Severe weather we deemed unsafe to drive in (we reschedule first, with notice)
  • The customer is not on-site at the start of the booked window and we cannot enter
  • Address access issues outside our control (gate codes, building security, etc.)

5. Payment

Payment is due on completion of the job. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, ACH, check, and cash. Returned checks incur a $35 fee. Past-due invoices accrue interest at the legal Maryland rate after 30 days.

6. Our guarantees

See our Guarantees page for the full list. In summary:

  • 1-hour arrival window — or $50 off, automatic
  • Calculator price = final invoice for the originally-quoted scope
  • 3rd-party IAQ Lab Report included with every air duct cleaning
  • NADCA-standard execution — ACR-21 procedure

7. Warranty & re-clean

We guarantee our workmanship for 30 days from the job date. If the post-cleaning IAQ Lab Report shows no measurable improvement in particulate count or allergen presence between the pre- and post-samples, we will re-clean the affected area at no additional cost. "Measurable improvement" means a reduction of at least 15% in particulate count or detectable allergens between samples.

8. Cancellation policy

  • 24+ hours notice: free reschedule or cancel
  • Same-day cancellation: no fee unless we already arrived on-site
  • No-show / cannot enter: $50 trip fee to cover dispatched labor

9. Property access

You agree to provide safe access to the HVAC system, dryer vent, and any areas being serviced. This includes: a parking spot within reasonable hose distance, clear access to the air handler, and someone authorized to accept the work. If access is blocked when we arrive, we will reschedule (and may apply the trip fee above).

10. Scope exclusions

The following are not included in a standard duct cleaning and would require a separate quote:

  • Active mold remediation (we are not licensed to remove biological hazards)
  • Ductwork repair or replacement
  • Aeroseal duct sealing
  • Asbestos-containing ducts (we will identify and refer to a licensed abatement contractor)
  • Roof access where access is not reasonably safe at the time of visit

11. Limitation of liability

Eagle's total liability for any claim relating to a single service event is limited to the amount you paid for that event. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, ductwork that fails because of pre-existing structural defects, or consequential damages such as lost income or temporary lodging. We do carry general liability insurance and will provide a certificate on request.

12. License & insurance

Eagle Services LLC holds Maryland Home Improvement Commission license #117311, DC General Contractor license #410523000438, and carries general liability insurance. Proof of both is available upon written request before booking.

13. Dispute resolution

We prefer to resolve issues by talking. Step 1: call Yaniv directly at (855) 640-0404. Step 2: if we can't resolve it directly within 30 days, either party may file with the Maryland Home Improvement Commission Guaranty Fund ([email protected]) or pursue small-claims court in Prince George's County, Maryland.

These terms are governed by Maryland law. Venue: Prince George's County, MD.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when something material changes. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site or our services after a change means you accept it.
