Every Maryland home is different — vent counts, system condition, attic access, accessibility. So we come, we look, and we hand you a written quote before any work starts. No phone-pressure pricing, no surprise charges on the truck.
Fine print: If our pre-clean HEPA-cam inspection reveals a condition outside duct cleaning scope (active mold remediation, ductwork repair, etc.), we stop, explain in writing, and you choose whether to add scope — never silently.
Every Eagle air duct cleaning ships with an independent Maryland-based IAQ lab report comparing your pre- and post-clean air samples. If the post-clean numbers don't show measurable improvement, we re-clean at no additional cost.
Fine print: We don't make medical claims — the lab report is data. "Measurable improvement" is defined as a reduction in particulate count or allergen presence between samples.
We are Maryland Home Improvement Commission licensed (#117311). All techs are W-2 employees, not subcontractors, and pass a criminal background check + drug screen.
